Trump thugs are using four numbers to go after the First Amendment.
Remember James Comey? The former dopey head of the FBI, who, one week before the 2016 election, decided to re-open the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails? He was recently walking down the beach and saw written in shells across the sand: 86’47. He made a photo of it and posted it to Twitter. Now, the troika of hapless, and ignorant shitheads, Gabbard, Patel, and Noem are going after him for threatening the life of a sitting president. The Secret Service plans to investigate.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi L. Noem accused Comey of calling for Trump’s assassination, writing on X on Thursday that the Department of Homeland Security and the Secret Service were “investigating this threat and will respond appropriately.” FBI Director Kash Patel said his agency would “provide all necessary support” as part of the investigation.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said on Fox News that she believes Comey should be in jail because of the post and accused him of “issuing a hit” on Trump (Comey Under Investigation for Post).
If you run a Google search, you will see “86 46” t-shirts for sale everywhere. If you don’t know what “86” means, it is commonly used by restaurant workers to mean “get rid of something.”

86 does not mean assassinate, murder, beat up, or mistreat in any way, shape, or form. It means to remove, for instance, from a menu or to throw away. Donald Trump has notoriously called for his followers to go after people. He said that General Mark Milley should be executed when he expressed his true feelings about Trump’s extreme level of incompetence and narcissism. He has often called for Americans to be arrested, beaten, killed, and punished when they disagree with him. 86 Biden t-shirts were quite popular during Biden’s presidency. Not once did Biden or anyone ever go after Trump or his supporters for expressing those views.
One of the main reasons no one ever went after anyone when such opinions were expressed was that all of the people serving Joe Biden, or acting in roles that served the interests of the United States, were faithful to protecting the U.S. Constitution. Merrick Garland, Biden’s Attorney General, or Chris Wray would have laughed Biden out of the room if he ever dared suggest they go after someone for posting shells on the beach that read “86 46.” Biden would never have embarrassed himself by making such a request.
Kash Patel, however, does not lead the FBI in protecting the nation against nefarious actors. He is using it, first of all, as we recently found out, to get great seats at sporting events. It was recently learned that he seldom makes morning meetings with his subordinates. His team is struggling to present security briefings to him in a way that keeps his interest. They say that halfway through the security briefings, which update the director about ongoing investigations and potential threats, his eyes glaze over and he fades into his social media. Patel is not leading the FBI but is waiting for Trump to issue new threats so that he can strong-arm innocent people.
Every person in Trump’s administration lied under oath. They all swore an allegiance to the Constitution, but that was a lie. Their loyalty lies not with the United States, but with protecting a raping felon who has turned his presidency into a pay to play operation. The Trump organization, not the United States, made billions thanks to his recent trip to a part of the world notorious for both human rights abuses and hatred of Israel.
The bogus excuse to go after Comey is the administration drawing first blood in its attack on the First Amendment. Comey is a private citizen. He can write whatever he wants, and unlike Elon Musk, who regularly calls for violence against judges and Democrats, Comey does not have hundreds of millions of followers. James Comey’s influence is over his dog, and some influence over his six kids. He has a good job where his opinions are probably also valued. James Comey broke no law with his recent post, and if he offended someone, then so be it.
Donald Trump and the three garden gnomes leading the FBI, Homeland Security, and the clueless Putinist and Director of National Security — I struggle to write those words! — can go straight to hell as they begin their investigations of James Comey. The three of them, like Trump, need to be 86'd now before any more damage is done. This investigation, which the right-wing propaganda machine will play up, is a crock of shit and will be used solely to end freedom of speech in our nation.
It drives Trump crazy when he watches independent podcasters and Lawrence O’Donnell at MSNBC call him the “stupidest president ever.” The attack on Comey will launch the end of those freely spoken opinions unless we all WAKE THE HELL UP! It was bad when Trump was elected. It is quickly getting worse.
