Fox News Has 'Honest Conversation About Left-Wing Fascists and Communists'
Trump plans to end U.S. democracy, and the right fears it might hurt him in the general election
Fox News makes a lot of money on advertising. GlaxoSmithKline is the number one advertiser. America’s Foxified, I am sure, need a lot of Tums to make it through their days, especially given how anxious the Fox narrative can make a not-so-smart person.
As we reach that broken-glass-covered and garbage-strewn corner around which the run for the White House begins, Fox News seems to be testing the waters on how it will position a second Biden presidency: The end of American democracy and the rise of “fascist communism.” It’s an utterly ridiculous messaging reach, but then again, I am a relatively sane, informed, and highly educated person. This message is not being made for me but for “them.” “They” are the Trumpists, who wear “Jesus Votes for Trump” triple-XL-made-in-China t-shirts. It is made for the hardcore Foxified who insist they aren’t racist even though they readily admit that “half of America’s problems are caused by Mexican illegals, half by the bra-wearing men in women’s sport, and half by the fascism of the Democratic Party.”
Fox News host Rachel Campos-Duffy on Sunday called for an “honest conversation” about how Democrats should be considered “communists and fascists.”
During a discussion about Donald Trump’s campaign stops in Iowa, Campos-Duffy praised Trump for attacking Democrats.
“As the Democrats have sort of removed the mask of who they are — and we’ve seen it on display in many ways, especially over the last couple months through these protests — I love that he is just naming it out, calling them communists and fascists,” she said. “Let’s just have a really blunt, honest conversation about what are the choices in this election (Fox News Hosts Demands Honest Conversation).”
So, “we have removed our masks,” and now, despite that, nearly every Trump speech lays out his plan to end democratic freedoms, and to “eliminate the vermin” who dare not agree with him, it is us, the ones evolution openly cheers on, who are the real “fascists and communists.” As they say in West Texas shit-kicker bars, when the electric bull is finally juiced up and ready to go: Yipee-ya-ay! The fun starts now, folks.
I don’t need to go on here about the sheer lunacy of Campos-Duffy statement. Undoubtedly, a sorority sister from one of the finest Deep South back-swamp colleges proudly named after some “kind and gentile slaveholder,” if Duffy had made such a comment in a bar or at a parking lot tailgate, most people would tell her to “slow down on the booze, there, Rache.” Rachel Campos-Duffy, however, is not in the parking lot at an Ol’ Miss game; she is on Fox News and being heard loud and clear by millions of GlaxoSmithKline’s and My Pillow’s customers. Love for Trump and all things Trump are the “slogans” that free millions of dollars from the pockets of the intellectually frail and core Fox-watcher.
“I like the phrase, the destroyers of democracy,” co-host Will Cain added. “Now, listen, I don’t know if it’s a matter of human nature, but I definitely know it’s a matter of political strategy, that the left has engaged successfully for a good half a decade now of accusing their opponents of the sins which they are committing.”
“What they have done is demonize others for the things that they are secretly doing,” he added. “And it’s been revealed to itself as well through this lens of, you’re a threat to democracy (Fox News Hosts Demands Honest Conversation).”
Destroyers of Democracy
On January 6th, 2021, thousands of Biden supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol, chasing out the members of Congress gathered to ratify the results from the recent election. Property was destroyed, and people were killed. The whole world looked on in horror as the transfer of power in America was, for the first time in its history, being impeded. The “peaceful transfer” that had followed every election since the beginning of the republic was in question because of Joe Biden.

I am just having fun, folks. We all know that the above shame was carried out by America’s right and Trump supporters. History, the Murdochs, and the unemployed Tucker Carlson — and every member of Congress — that no one person has done more damage to American democracy than the cancer from Queens, New York, Donald Trump.
Fox News can and will say all it needs to ensure the GSK, My Pillow, and the other significant advertisers continue to pump millions into their coffers. A presidential election is big money for the news media, and having Trump involved in this thing is like a full year of Super Bowl half-time, prime-time audience share.
Fox has landed on a workable strategy: Democrats, even though they are trying to expand access to the vote and not restrict it, are the true destroyers of democracy.
Yippee-ya-ay, folks!
Scream this from the rooftops
