Trump responded to the ruling in a post to Truth Social, writing: “BIG WIN FOR OUR CONSTITUTION AND DEMOCRACY. PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN (2-Sentence Response)!”
Step by step, we blissfully march toward the red brick building just back behind the small forest. Awaiting us inside the damp but well-lit facility is an extreme harshness that promises nothing good for our nation, our democracy, or our future. The United States Supreme Court is the highest court in the land. It has been relied upon to maintain judicial balance and help the rest of us understand the meaning of the often hard-to-understand language of our nation’s most important document, the Constitution. The decision yesterday on the last day of the court’s session before they return to their private jets paid for by wealthy fascists and upside flags, for all intents and purposes, made the Constitution a historic irrelevance.
The Supreme Court’s decision to bestow presidents with immunity from prosecution over official actions is an extraordinary expansion of executive power that will reverberate long after Donald J. Trump is gone.
It had seemed like a constitutional truism in recent years when more than one lower-court opinion addressing novel legal issues raised by Mr. Trump’s norm-breaking behavior observed that presidents are not kings. But suddenly, they do enjoy a kind of monarchical prerogative.
“The relationship between the president and the people he serves has shifted irrevocably,” Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote in an outraged dissent joined by the court’s other two liberals. “In every use of official power, the president is now a king above the law.”
American patriots, like President Biden, who can now legitimately have Trump killed if he wants and not worry about being prosecuted, spoke out against the latest piece of the fascist takeover put securely in place by SCOTUS.
President Biden warned on Monday that the Supreme Court’s decision on presidential immunity meant that there were “virtually no limits on what the president can do” and urged voters to prevent former President Donald J. Trump from returning to the White House freed from the constraints of the law.
“The American people must decide if they want to entrust the president once again — the presidency — to Donald Trump,” Mr. Biden said during brief remarks, “knowing he’ll be more emboldened to do whatever he pleases whenever he wants to do it (Ruling Will Embolden Trump).”
Biden called on God and the American people to preserve American democracy. Something tells me that God is getting a little sick of our rejection of common sense and our failure to heed the lessons learned during 6th-grade level civics.
Imagine the “vermin,” the little, vomitous cowards whose hidden body parts probably became slightly engorged with blood upon hearing about the latest SCOTUS ruling. Imagine how giddy the Nazi-wannabe Steven Miller must be feeling. Word around the roadkill cook-outs is that he teared up as he imagined the future detainment camps would be named after him.
The United States Supreme Court is paving the way for a fascist takeover of our nation. They are gutting the power of the bureaucracy, depriving dissenting Americans of the right to vote, and letting American women know that the long hand of the old white man’s law deprives them of the right to claim their vagina’s as their own — next stop, concubine status? The Republican Party does not waste time on messages other than to say Biden is the worst president ever; it expends vast resources on being ready to block the vote in November.
The revolution is unfolding before our eyes quite peacefully as a matter of historical fact, and we are sleep-walking into a dictatorship. Far-left liberals spend their time praising Hamas and making everything about gender reappropriation therapy — or whatever it is called. When Joe and Mary Every-Citizen see a gallon of gas for $7, the existentialist moment of “to be fascist or not to be” gets lost on 70 percent of the population. Russia demonstrated why its tilt to full-on fascism was so peacefully accepted. Putin worked overtime to make it seem like nothing had changed so Everyday citizens accepted it. Thanks to 28 years of Fox News, half of our country is intellectually no different than the average Russian.

“Orders the Navy’s Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival? Immune,” Sotomayor wrote. “Organizes a military coup to hold onto power? Immune. Takes a bribe in exchange for a pardon? Immune. Immune, immune, immune.”
